According to the data obtained from the
General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ), 3 million 933 thousand 446 passengers flew from Istanbul Airport in June, July and August.
During the period in question, 3 million 551 thousand 240 passengers preferred Sabiha Gökçen Airport. A total of 7 million 484 thousand 686 passengers traveled on domestic and international flights from two airports in Istanbul.
A total of 3 million 742 thousand 755 passengers traveled from Istanbul airports in June-July this year. In August alone, this number was seen to be 3 million 741 thousand 931
passengers.
1 million 476 thousand 495 domestic and international passengers flew at Adnan Menderes Airport, located in Izmir, one of the most preferred holiday destinations in the world.
