Alarko Holding Buys Its Own Shares
Istanbul-based Alarko Holding continued to buy its own stock on the stock exchange. The Holding purchased 82,500 lots with an average of 59.30 today.
According to the news published by Paramedya, Alarko Holding continued to buy its own stocks from the stock exchange today in line with the decision it took in March. In the purchases, which were stated to be made in order to prevent the worldwide crisis from negatively affecting its small partners and to maintain price stability, 82 thousand 500 lots of purchases were recorded with an average of 59.30 today.
Regarding the issue, Alarko Holding made the following statements to KAP:
"Within the scope of the share repurchase transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 18.03.2022; ALARK shares with a total nominal value of 82,500 TL were repurchased by our Company on Borsa Istanbul on 25.10.2022 at a price range of 59.45 TL - 59.15 TL (weighted average 59.30 TL) per share. With these transactions, the total nominal value of the repurchased shares as of 25.10.2022 was TL 1,879,586 and the ratio of these shares to the capital reached 0.4321%."
