Amendment in Borsa Istanbul's Quotation Directive

Changes were made in terms of going public from Borsa İstanbul

There was an amendment in Borsa Istanbul's Quotation Directive. By changing the directive published by the Exchange, the requirement of "Market value of the shares offered to the public" was changed from 20 million TL to 40 million TL for the Sub-Market, from 50 million TL to 75 million TL for the Main Market. It was increased from 200 million TL to 300 million TL for the Yıldız Market. According to the amendment made in the Quotation Directive published by Borsa Istanbul, with the decision of the Borsa Istanbul Board of Directors and the approval of the Capital Markets Board, the first paragraph of Article 8 of the Quotation Directive (b) to increase the depth of the shares to be traded in the Equity Market. The "market value of shares offered to the public" requirement in the sub-paragraph has been increased from 20 million TL to 40 million TL for the Sub-Market, from 50 million TL to 75 million TL for the Main Market and from 200 million TL to 300 million TL for Yıldız Market. In addition, the application will not be approved if a minimum of 500 million TL is not provided as a condition of "market value of the shares offered to the public" in the application made for Yıldız Market.     Source: AA
