BIST 100 Index Started Friday With Gains

BIST 100 index started Friday with gains. BIST 100 index gained 0.23 percent in Borsa Istanbul and started the day with 1,370.32 points.

At the beginning of the day, the BIST 100 index, which gained 3.08 points and 0.23 percent compared to the previous close, rose to 1,370.32 points. While the banking index gained 0.34 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.33 percent. While the real estate investment partnership was the highest earner with 0.58 percent among the sector indices, the most decline was recorded on food and beverage with 0.06 percent. In Borsa Istanbul, which was closed yesterday due to a public holiday, the BIST 100 index, which moved in an upward trend on Wednesday, finished the day at 1,367.25 points, gaining 1.52 percent value. Analysts stated that volatility may be high in Borsa Istanbul, which will be trading only until noon on Monday next week and will enter the Eid al-Adha holiday. It was stated that today, the intense data agenda will be followed, especially the budget balance in the country, retail sales in the USA and inflation in the Euro Zone abroad. In technical terms, analysts stated that the the level of 1.320 is in the support position and the level of 1.400 stands out as the resistance for the BIST 100 index.
