BIST 100 index started the day horizontally on October 27. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul started the day at 1,510.18 points with a limited gain of 0.06 percent. At the beginning of the day, the BIST 100 index, which gained 0.97 points and 0.06 percent compared to the previous close, rose to 1,510.18 points. While the banking index gained 0.39 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.26 percent. Among the sector indices, tourism was the highest earner with 0.98 percent, while the most decline was recorded on communication with 2.14 percent. Yesterday, the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul carried its upward trend for the seventh consecutive trading day and closed its highest since March 19 with 1.509.20 points, gaining 1.09 percent value. Analysts stated that according to the balance sheets announced so far, the profitability of the companies continued to be realized above the expectations in the third quarter, and that the divergences based on shares and sectors continued. It was stated that today, the economic confidence index and foreign trade balance in the country, and the wholesale stocks and durable goods orders in the USA will be monitored closely. In technical terms, it was stated that if the BIST 100 index is maintained above the level of 1.510, the 1.530-1.550 band may come to the fore, and analysts noted that the level of 1.480 stands out as the support.
