BIST 100 index started the day horizontally on September 7. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul started the day at 1,474.09 points with a depreciation of 0.04 percent.

At the beginning of the day, the BIST 100 index, which decreased by 0.63 points and 0.04 percent compared to the previous close, reached 1,474.09 points. While the banking index depreciated by 0.13 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.04 percent. Among the sector indices, financial leasing factoring was the most profitable with 0.56 percent, while the most decline was recorded on trade with 0.31 percent. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul continued its buying weighted course due to the increasing global risk appetite and closed the day at 1,474.72 points, gaining 0.41% value. Analysts stated that before the European Central Bank (ECB) meeting to be held tomorrow, the risk appetite in the stock markets remained high, and the uncertainty about the future of monetary policies caused the search for direction and volatility to remain on the agenda. It was stated that today, Treasury cash balance will be followed in the country, Zew Expectations Index in Germany and growth data in the Eurozone will be closely monitored. In technical terms, it was stated that the level of 1.490 is in a position of resistance and the level of 1.455 stands out as the support for the BIST 100 index.
