BIST 100 Index Started Tuesday With A Record
BIST 100 index started Tuesday with a record. BIST 100 index gained 0.22 percent in Borsa Istanbul and started the day with 1,612.01 points.
At the beginning of the day, the
BIST 100 index, which gained 3.47 points and 0.22 percent compared to the previous close, rose to 1,612.01 points. Thanks to this, the BIST 100 index recorded its all-time high at the opening.
While the banking index gained 0.05 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.37 percent. Among the sector indices, sports were the highest earners with 3.69 percent, while the most decline was recorded on real estate investment partnerships with 0.10 percent.
Yesterday, the BIST 100 index in
Borsa Istanbul broke the closing record by completing the day at 1,608.54 points with an increase of 1.58 percent.
Analysts stated that the speeches of the central bank governors of the USA, Europe and England will be followed today, and stated that the verbal guidance of especially the US Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell may increase the volatility.
It was stated that the Producer Price Index (PPI) in the USA and the ZEW expectation indices and foreign trade data in Germany came to the fore in today's data agenda.
In technical terms, it was stated that the level of 1.620 is in a position of resistance and the level of 1.570 stands out as the support for the BIST 100 index.
