Elon Musk ranks 2nd in the list of the rich. As the CEO and co-founder of
Tesla, Musk became the second richest person in the world, surpassing Microsoft's founder Bill Gates.
Elon Musk, 49, who was one of the most financially productive people in 2020, achieved another success on Monday. Increasing his fortune by another $ 7.2 billion on Monday, Musk sacked Bill Gates.
Increasing his total fortune to $ 127.9 billion, Musk became the second richest person in the world.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Tesla's CEO Musk was ranked 35 in the index at the beginning of 2020. Musk included $ 100.3 billion in the net worth of his fortune within a year. Tesla's ever-rising market value is currently up to $ 500 billion.
Approximately three-quarters of Musk's fortune is made up of Tesla shares.
