Tesla's CEO Elon Musk Will Increase the Number of Workers at Tesla
Successful businessman Elon Musk stated that he will increase the number of hourly workers working at automotive giant Tesla in the next year. In addition, it was added that fewer changes would be made in the number of salaried personnel.
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, the American company that designs, manufactures and sells electric vehicles, backed out on Friday after sharing an email saying the company should cut its headcount by about 10 percent.
He stated that Elon Musk will increase the number of hourly workers working at Tesla over the next 12 months, but will make little changes in the number of salaried personnel.
In an email to corporate executives on Friday, titled "Stop all hiring worldwide," Musk said "I have a very bad feeling about the economy."
