Vodafone Turkey is taking its first step into the world of NFT. It is aimed to achieve gender equality with the NFTs prepared within the scope of the social responsibility project.
With this project, it is emphasized that women can play a role in every occupational group. In the NFTs prepared, there are drawings of a female football player, female firefighter, female lifeguard, female pilot and female courier. The Ben Varım NFT collection, which consists of 5 different drawings of Ezgi Arslan, was put up for auction on Opensea.io, the largest NFT marketplace. All of the income will be used for the football education of girls.
Vodafone Turkey is also running a digital project on Instagram. GIFs related to the project will be added to the GIF options in Instagram stories in the coming days.
All proceeds from the sale of
NFTs will be used for the football education of girls. Vodafone Turkey has also been the official sponsor of Beşiktaş women's football team for 10 years. With the income from the sale of the jerseys, which will be designed for the 10th anniversary of the sponsorship, a contribution will be made to the football education of 200 girls. Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to reach a donation amount of more than 550 thousand TL in total by adding the income from NFT sales to the income to be obtained from the sale of jerseys.
