Lawyer Oktay Köse, who claimed that the locksmith and Manukyan's population records were fake, filed a new lawsuit to the Istanbul Civil Court of First Instance. It is so fake that the Turkish Flag on the front of the identity card was printed upside down. The date of birth does not even match the date on the fake population register. Lawyer Köse made the following explanations about the claim that Kerope Çilingir's population records were false: “In the transfer note dated 1979, which was arranged by the Silivri Land Registry Directorate signed by Kerope Locksmith, the ID number of the Locksmith was specified as 316938. The serial number of the 1989 identity card of Kerope Çilingir appears to be 308678. Although there are 24 years between the issuance date of the two wallets, the serial number in the identity card issued 24 years ago is larger. It is strange and thought-provoking that the serial number should go back and forth after each birth and identity renewal process, while going backwards. ” According to the interim decision of the court, all records regarding the brothel operated by Matild Manukyan will be requested from the Istanbul Governorship and the Ministry of Interior.
