Led by leading VC firms NGC Ventures and Coin98 Ventures, the tour received a combined $1.5 million investment from BR Capital, Legos Capital, Double Peak Group, Prime Block Capital, Illusionist Group and All In Ventures. In addition, the platform ended its financing round by receiving investments from several important angel investors.
In a statement made by OpenSwap, it was stated that these funds will be used to support OpenSwap's ongoing technological developments, including tools and functions such as the pioneering liquidity solution known as liquidity queues.
Roger Lim, founder of NGC Ventures, made the following statement on the subject:
“The
OpenSwap team is constantly innovating with hybrid smart routing as well as cross-chain swaps, and we at NGC are excited to be a part of their journey thus far.”
Thanh Le, founder of Coin98 Finance, added:
“We are excited to support the OpenSwap team, which has demonstrated their passion and solid capabilities to grow in this ever-changing DeFi space. Sharing the same vision of a multi-chain future, we believe the team will achieve its ultimate goal of making liquidity interaction across blockchains most efficient for users through relentless innovation.”
The completed funding round follows OpenSwap's recently announced strategic partnership with Impossible Finance, a multi-chain incubator and clearinghouse. Along with Coin98, the Impossible Finance team also supported a $10,000 whitelist allocation campaign hosted on OpenSwap prior to the launch of its native token OSWAP.
OpenSwap, an innovation in the field of
DeFi, seeks to enable customers to make informed trade-off decisions and become accustomed to zero-slip, with an easy-to-use platform and real-time data. It was stated that the pioneering features of OpenSwap, which is currently in beta version, will be introduced soon, such as liquidity queues and token launch.
