In the statement made on the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that the company was derecognised on three grounds. The first of these reasons was that the company did not publish its financial reports. The company, whose transaction order was temporarily closed on April 27, 2020 because it did not publish its financial reports, was decided to remain closed until November 27, 2020. The second reason was the deterioration of the financial situation of the company at a level that could not continue its activities.
