While the stocks traded in Borsa Istanbul depreciated by an average of 2.45% on a weekly basis, the selling price of gold increased by 2.26 percent, USD/TL exchange rate increased by 2.65% and Euro/TL exchange rate has increased by 2.40%. BIST 100 index, after seeing the lowest 1.376.01 and the highest 1.417.45 points, closed the week at 1,384.68 points, decreasing by 2.45 percent compared to the previous week's closing. The selling price of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar, rose to 497.00 TL with a gain of 2.26 percent this week, and the sales price of the Republican gold to 3.297.00 TL with a gain of 2.30 percent. The sales price of quarter gold, which was 788.00 TL last weekend, reached 805.00 TL. This week, the US dollar appreciated by 2.65 percent to 8,8570 TL, and the Euro increased by 2.40 percent to 10,3720 TL. Mutual funds lost 0.51 percent this week, while private pension funds lost 0.54 percent. Precious Metals Funds were the highest earner among mutual funds with 1.94 percent.
