SPK Does Not Pass Leveraged Transactions
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has initiated a legal process to ban access to 20 websites found to have leveraged transactions. For persons residing in Turkey, the sites were found to have

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) also decided to impose administrative fines on some companies. KPMG Independent Audit and SMMM 38,308 TL administrative fines; Işık Menkul Değerler was given an administrative fine of 26.049 TL. In addition, as a result of the examinations made on the transactions of Marka Yatırım Holding, action was taken to file a criminal complaint against 4 people.
